to remove the pins from the bar connectors, just use needle pliers to oull out the center and use a small screwdriver to pull tabs up and the pins slide out from back. already did one side, just waiting on se throttle to come in, so i can finish throttle side.

I went with the PYO 12's also. I got the extended TBW, but didn't need it. Did not need to extend wires either. I used the paper clip trick to remove connectors and worked great. Wiring is a PITA though, but they look great in the end! Almost went with the 10's, glad I didn't. I'm 6'1" and there perfect. I got mine from Phat Performance Parts, and they were in stock. Looks like they have 12's in stock now.

Correct. Just reposition the plugs under the radio.

For 12 inch Monkey Bars I went with +8 Clutch and +6 Brake. Contact Shawn at DR. V-Twin he can help you if you have not purchased your cables yet.

Same here. Went with the Magnum Sterling Chromite. Dr.Vtwin was great to deal with.

this may be a stupid question but how did you get the wires to fish thru the bars , do you have to strip the controls complety or did you cut and re-solder the wires.
