Good chuckle this morning Doc. Thanks.

I find names and reasons to be "sorta" interesting to hear the stories.

I kept thinking "86" where have heard that used before.

Oh yeah ... When you "86" something it's history, done, finished, Finito, it's "out of there". They'll "86" you at a bar by either cutting you off, or bouncing you out. They'll indicate a menu item is unavailable or no longer served, it's "86'ed". And in the bootleg days a famous speakeasy would call out "86" when they were being raided to let patrons know to use the 86th street exit, and last but not least, that I know of, is that there was a famous restaurant (?) the number 86 on the menu was ribeye steak and they'd sell out of it so somehow it become a menu item they were out of often or 86'ed.

JFSG ("just for ***** and grins" ... I think I just made that acronym up for the first time ever)... Any one else have a notion about the meaning of "86"?

Aww, play along ... lol

OK, But how do you tell them apart?

When you own two or more then it becomes a necessity. How am I going to get my stepson to polish the correct bike unless he knows which one I'm talking about. So for that reason I've named my bikes.

This one is named RED

This one is named BLUE

When that day comes, the one where he is going to polish the bike, I'm ready...
