Thats a good deal! I have about that much (maybe a little more) in mine with monkey bars, Magnum sterling chromite +8 clutch cable, +6 brake line, gaskets, HD grips and levers. I did the work myself. I think if you know what you're doing (like a shop thats done a few) its more like a 4 hour job. I had a friend that we put a set on his heritage after he was quoted 1500. I think 1000+ is more the norm.

Your sig pic was the first time I actually saw the bars on a street glide. That's what got me looking. My wife says thanks! I sensed a little sarcasm in her voice. HAHA
I really like them. I get lots of compliments. No more upper back pain. I have thrown on my backrest and made a few 500+ days and it is ultra comfortable. It takes about 5 minutes to get used to them in the parking lot. In the twisties I think the added leverage makes handling easier. I am about to have to pick up my second set of floorboards and ground the tip of one of my FM pipes.
