Lowering rear on 2011 streetglide

Guys, be careful when lowering the rear. If you set the shocks to soft and it bottomes out you could rub the wires to your tailight and short them out. happened to me.

I used the Road6Customs on mine as well. Cheap mod and it doesn't ride much different. just remember that you are already 1 inch lower.

Anothe option is a kit I saw in last months Bagger Magazine. It is from a company called "FBI". It is bolt in frame kit that lowers the seat height 1 1/2" without altering the shocks or the ride.

my 2011 roadglide has the wiring going to the side of fender and to the fuse box area so i could drop it as low as i want to and wont rub anything. 09 and down has the wires going up the fender.
