A rather plan RK, but more set up for comfort and less maintenance with Heli Bars, Day-Long saddle, and few odd and ends. I had to get rid of the spokes due to the previous owner letting them go and I didn't want inner tubes on long rides.

I'm kinda/sorta in the dilemma. I'm leaning toward a RK for my next bike. I absolutely love the retro look, and the spoke wheels and whitewalls are definitely part of the attraction.
However, I'm taking longer and longer multi-state rides, and everybody I talk to, including an indie I really trust, are telling me: "If you're taking longer rides, go with cast wheels and not spokes. If you have a flat with a tubed tire, you're waiting for a tow truck".

Seems most flats happen to the rear wheel. I like the spoke look too, so I left it up front, and put a tubeless wagon wheel on back where it's hidden by the bags.
