Ordered the brown on a lark--trying to reduce the Halloween motif--turned out way better than I could have hoped. In hindsight I would have probably done sides and seating area in two different tones of brown, with stitching in orange or other complementary color.

Love your spokes/whitewalls and just ordered some for mine. The brown/tan seat can really work with some colors/styles--I would think corbin (or upholstery shop) could recover any way you like for much less than purchase cost.

My new to me 2007 Classic. Chromed lower forks, Mini-apes (not sure what brand), Klockwerks true duals, polished aluminum wheels. I am adding lower fairings and a mustang touring seat. I also will be returning it to stock ride height.

I kinda dwarf the hd at 6'8" but I love the cop seat to help get me up and back.
Excellent combo. If I had the money, I'd do the same,.....well the regular R1200GS, not the Adventure.

A lot of people prefer black everything...but on a black bike is when a brown leather looks best!
