Samson has the pipes on our website www.samsonusa.com. Depending on what year your bike is we have the Cannons for your touring bike. In the past, about 2-3 years ago, we did have a customer service problem and those that ignored our customers issues were fired. We have been praised by many shops and individuals about our customer service being one of the best in the market. We do apologize to those who were not treated properly but we are here to help in any way we can. We even help when the person is not even our customer and is just looking for advise about pipes and tuning. It's been a hard road to get our customer service out to all those from the past but we do admit our mistakes and are willing to help out wherever we can. I emailed several exhaust manufacturers trying to decide on pipes for my new bike and JR at Samson responded to me the quickest and was the most helpful, haven't made the purchase yet but to me that is part of customer service, THANKS JR
