Hey can anyone help? I am replacing crane dual fire ignition with dyna ignition. I have been told this is an easy swap out.i guess the crane unit seems to get extra hot here in florida..any help will be appreciated happy holidays tony

the dyna ignitions have always been very popular, this is probably because they work. do you have any literature on the dyna ignition? if not, then you can google it and find some sort of instructions if you're having trouble with it. it'd be best if you mentioned what year and model of bike you have so we know what you're working with.

Move to the Panhandle. Been in Destin last couple weeks and it is 43 here now!!!! Sorry, just venting....

Like emwolb mentioned, plenty of info available on Google. Just a quick glance I noticed quite a variation in price.

Hey thanks for reply..93 electra glide i have a burned out crane hi-4 duel fire ,replacing with dyna 2000i .been told by 3 small shop guys this is the better part..crane sits right agianst timming cover and tends to get pretty hot.i already have the new dyna part.just wondering if anyone has made this switch before .mot afraid to get my hands dirty,just now real sure about putting it in.tony

Going from dual fire to single fire will require a coil change also, yes?
