Nope. Check your manual ... but I think the limit is 10 percent ... maybe 15.

I bough an 06 Ultra and I was thinking about trading up to the 07 and I started to think that maybe next year HD will put out an engine that excepts E85 or maybe a reverse. Anyways be happy with what you have.

Minimum octane acceptable is 91 but the higher 93 is best, running less will cause detonation and possible engine damage

E85 is 85% ethanol and that number has nothing to do with octane. Do not use this product in your bike.

Actually I think it's 85% gasoline and 15% ethanol.

But it still not approved for Harleys and I think it has mostly to do with fuel system components not being able to withstand the higher alcohol content not the engine itself.

Now if that 15% was my grandaddys corn squeezins, octane rating would defently be up there!

Nope, it's 85% ethanol. Here's a link: http://www.e85fuel.com/e85101/faqs/e85.php

It says 105 octane! But it requires engine modification to use, so no dont put it in your harley.
