I bough an 06 Ultra and I was thinking about trading up to the 07 and I started to think that maybe next year HD will put out an engine that excepts E85 or maybe a reverse. Anyways be happy with what you have.
E85 is 85% ethanol and that number has nothing to do with octane. Do not use this product in your bike.
Actually I think it's 85% gasoline and 15% ethanol.
But it still not approved for Harleys and I think it has mostly to do with fuel system components not being able to withstand the higher alcohol content not the engine itself.
