hey brukus, is that the security or tamper proof type of torx screws, the one with the pin in the center which prevents them from being unscrewed with a regular torx driver? if so, that's a great thought. i'm using one of those for my seat retainer screw and i feel a lot safer knowing my bike has a better chance of keeping its seat.

Default What Can I Say? Great Products

I ordered a set of the bag mounts as part of the original Holiday promotion, but then saw the seat screw and extra wrench for a couple of bucks more. Took the chance and ordered both. They were ordered mid-week on a holiday week, got a quick e-mail order confirmation and shipping confirmation. They arrived today via US Mail, less than 4 days including no delivery on Saturday for New Year's Day.

I'll get them installed this week, but great service and communication during the ordering and shipping.

Yes, we utilize security torx wrenches and our Fender Screw is custom made for us.

Our new product, which we will be launching this month, will secure your main seat - like your custom single-up Mustang seat. And for that we will be utilizing a patent pending nut/cap that just spins when a thief tries to take it off. : ) We are working to continually come up with new products that make your stuff secure.

Hey! Thanks for the good word. Brukus takes pride in the quality of our products, our customer service and quick shipping - though we then depend on the Post Office to actually get it there quickly - so kudos to them.

I have saddle bag secure, I like it better then stock. The only thing I suggested on their web site was the need to be able to put on key chain. I don't have a drill press put came up with something to put on key chain.

Working on it! Promise! Just have other products we need to get launched. Drill press isn't the answer as the tool is hardened steel.

Expecting mine in the mail today or tomorrow. So maybe I could have saved some money trying to find the parts myself. $10-15? If I'm working, I make more working than I would have saved on the parts. And if I have the time to ride, I'd rather be riding than spend the time looking for parts. So I say - thanks for producing what looks good, for making it easy to get my hands on it (good website, quick response, fast shipping), and for offering and extending the Christmas special.

Just received the SaddlebagSecure in the mail today. It was only a matter of days after ordering it. Looks to be a quality product and put together very well. But I think I will wait for warmer weather and after removal of her winter blanket before I install it. Thanks.

I still love mine. Yesterday I took the bags off to install speakers in them. I like these batter than the stock mounting system by far. Even my buddy was impressed by the setup, and he is not impressed by much.

Brukus, I have a few complaints about the product and my experience with you and here they are:
1.) Easy to order and do business with!
2.) Great product and very easy to install!
3.) Very fair price for somebody who spent the time to research, put it all together and make it work!
4.) Fast shipping!
5.) Quality packaging!

Oh, I guess I should have mentioned that they were GOOD complaints!

Thank you sir for a pleasant experience and I have your site book marked to follow all the great future products!

One more thing, damn glad to SUPPORT A VET!!!
