Default Adjusting tour trunk back rest

Probably won't get an answer to this question, but here it goes. Has anyone ever adjusted the back rest pad on their King Tour Pack? Mine doesn't want to lay down against the trunk on the right side. Has about 3/4 of an inch gap between it and the trunk lid. I have had it off and tried to adjust it. Can't seem to get it right. Anyone ever done this with any success?

Can you not tighten down the bolt out closest to the right armrest?

If you have no success, I have a very clean, smooth backrest you could by cheap.

Its supposed to "float" above the surface of the tourpak, for vibration isolation.

Every now and then you'll see one that seems to fit tight against the trunk, but in general, they all have the gap.

Had the backrest isolators changed out on my '09 Ultra recently because of "excessive vibration". The service rep said they keep several isolator kits in stock because the are ALWAYS replacing them.
