What is the loudest slip on I can install on a 2010 RK, and not have to do anything else to the motor.

Just an FYI, the cat in the headpipe is gonna limit the sound of a good slip on.

GM, I have had Samsons, Rineharts, and V&H. IMO the V&H Classic turndowns are by far the loudest and the deepest of the bunch.

Put a full system on, or if you are trying to save some cash then find some take off 09 head pipes (they don't have the cat) and then put on a good slip on.

That also depends. If you were to simply put on a stock 09 take off head pipe and put on a set of slip ons, then no you wouldn't. If you put on an aftermarket pipe like a 2-1 or duals then you should get it tuned. Another option that some have done is to cut the cat out of the pipe and then weld the pipe back up. All depends on how much money you are trying to save and/or exactly what you are looking to get out of the bike (i.e. just sound or performance, etc.).
