It's not just your height but inseam lenght. I have a 30" inseam on a 09 ultra with a sundowner seat. And have no problems.20,000 miles and the seat is well broke in so I sit even lower. My guess would be three inches. Go to dealer and have put on a sundowner seat to try out before you buy.

I'm 5' 3" with a 29" inseam and I have a 2011 Limited. My riding boots give me another 1 1/2" and with that I'm flat footed with the stock seat. The seat makes a big difference so like others have suggested go to the dealer any try different seats. Good luck.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Well, jumped in with both feet. I orderd my Ultra today.2011 Vivid black Ultra Classic, it will be delivered in April. Going to do the 103big bore when it comes in. I had the 95" big bore kit done on my Heritage and was extremely happy with it. Hoping for the same results. Sat on an ultra all day yesterday, wife on, wife off and I,m not sure but I think my legs strecthed. I'm not going to do anything right away. Must be the power of wanting a new bike. Thanks again.

Way to go. Cant go wrong with the ultra. I'm same height as you. On my 08 road glide I was flat footed, but on my 10 ultra limited not quite so I bought some logger boots with a taller heal and I'm flat footed again. I may order some progresssive 940 shocks that sit 1" lower but give the same ride as 13" shocks. My road glide seat sits lower on the limited also so I can use it with reg riding boots. A small price to pay to ride a Ultra. Youre gonna love it. Get the 103 with cams/intake/exhaust/tuner. It should run very strong.
