Fast Pass

Does anybody know if a fast pass will work if its mounted inside the front fairing.

Thats is where mine has worked flawlessly for 3 years or so now. I have never had an issue. So nice that it is out of the way too.

Fast Pass

Very interesting thought. Might just try the Florida sunpass that way. They have one that sticks to windsheild. But mounting on the inside fairing sounds like it might be worth a try....

You can see mine (white square) mounted under the fairing. Works great

Mine worked there for years but.. BUT...
They just added toll lanes here and you don't pay if you are a carpool or a bike.
No way to register the pass in CA as a bike. I got dinged quite a bit before I realized they didn't care it was a bike. Told me to put the pass in the mylar bag even though I told them it's permanently mounted.
Now I don't carry it at all. I get billed when I cross a bridge by it reading my plate.

Anybody tried sticking them to the underside of a saddlebag? I'm not graced with a fairing on my bike, and the windscreen isn't on it most of the time either.
