I dont even carry my FastPass with me and it works everytime!!!! Your vehicles License number should be registered on your account. When it takes the picture as you fly bye the booth they match it up in there data base. No problems .... That also means if they dont take a clear picture there will be NO CHARGE! I can't say that has happened to me yet. They've charged me every time.
