Which pipes?

My buddy has an 09 Electra Glide Classic. Its a Calif. bike so it has a cat. He wants to put duals on it and get rid of the cat. He's looking at Fuelmoto's pipe and Vance and Hines. Anyone have a suggestion for him that has an 09? Bike is pretty much stock with just Monster Oval mufflers on it now. Thanks and Happy New Year!!!!!

Both are good choices... fuelmoto pipe is stainless and retains stock hd shields... depends on the look he's after...

Are you sure has a CAT? I thought the cat didnt start till 2010..

If the mufflers are non-stock, the cat is gone. Cat didn't appear in the headpipe until 2009.
