I used them once. Their corporate business practices apparently didn't affect me. Nor did their treatment of their employees. The day I was at their shop there was only one employee (not counting the woman at the register). The mechanic didn't seem to be mistreating himself.

Anyway, he did a great job and saved me tons from what the dealer quoted.

I'll investigate AZ V-Twin next time I need something done.

It's been a year or two since I've had any work done but I would, or will, go back to them again. They've always did a good job & anything that wasn't quite right they willing took care of & corrected.
