The cooler/fittings look really good. I wouldn't have thought about it, but really like it. After all its the little details like that that make a bike.

Very cool fittings. Hard to do? Cost? Imitation is the grandest form of flattery ya know..

I'll be watching. Looking good so far.

Love the AN fittings....are they real or clamp covers? buddy of mine used the covers from Autozone and unless you really look you cannot tell they are covers...

Sure thing.....

OIL COOLER: (check part number for your make/year/model bike)
My Bike....Harley-Davidson® 09-10 Touring Oil Cooler Kit, 26155-09 On ebay for around $250.00

HOSE:
Aeroquip Performance racing hose

Part #FBA0600
Keep in mind this hose is high pressure type, however, I've used this type of hose in my business and race car builds for both HP fittings and push lock fittings for years and it works fine. Just don't use the push lock fittings on pressure over 500 PSI. The hose barb on the cooler is push lock, the hose will install using some motor oil and a little effort, the other end of the hose I used HP fittings because I had them in my garage collecting dust. If you want push lock here is the part... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Aeroq...mZ260713858424

HP fittings:
2 of these.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Aeroq...mZ290513469023

Oil filter adaptor fittings:
2 of these... http://compare.ebay.com/like/2302751...=263602_304662

2 of these or four if you use push lock fittings at the adaptor.... http://compare.ebay.com/like/2302751...=263602_309572

One note about the hose. You could use push lock instead of HP hose but I have never found it with the diamond casing which is high grade tight weave and looks great!

Hope I covered everything. After I hit 50 the mind tends to wonder. lol

First, I love this mod, looks GREAT ! Just a slight side, I saw a guy with a sweet rigid that had covered the shift rod with slip over "steel braided" hose cover (like used for fuel line) and used the worm gear "clamp" style fittings at each end. . . . that looked really sweet to me and would go nice with this too I think. . . . . just a thought.

Keep us up to date on your mods, looking GREAT so far!
