I enjoy when people post their projects so I figured I'd do the same for those interested (if anybody). I have spent/wasted 8K in the last month on upgrades. I will post pic's of my progress.
First thing I finished was the oil cooler. Wanted to do something different so I used AQP high performance fittings and hose.
Time to install..... 8 hours (It's hell getting old)
Looks like a job well done. Only thing I would have done differently is chrome fittings rather than anodized.
I considered doing chrome but my last bike I did chrome fittings. Like I said wanted something different. I really enjoy the look. Already had a few buddies come over and the first thing they noticed was the cooler install/fittings and they gave me the knuckle punch.
Doc, looks great and yes I think many like all the write ups with pictures too. Will you please post what kind of oil cooler you went with and maybe the part numbers of the fittings and hose?
