1 chilly ride !
on the eve of what will most likely be the storm of the year for my area , I decided to get a last ride in ! 20 degrees out and got 200 miles in and the only problem i had was ~why did i buy chaps and not overpants!~ lol nice ride , bike is now in the garage , so let the snow fly!

Was mid fifties couple of days back, cut the ride short as they were already spraying brine on the streets in anticipation of the "big" winter event that's supposed to begin tomorrow. If it turns out to be the biggest storm of the year we'll be lucky, again. Is supposed to be sub zero in a couple of days, now that's colder than i like to ride. LOL, Dennis

yeah they are saying that we will have the 3 coldest days in 15 years starting today :/ oh well i really had fun riding thats for sure .
guess now i will go put the bike on the jack and act like im working on it hahaha!

Went to DFW this weekend in the cage. Visited my parents and the wife's mom. We left Greenville at 8:00 am to light snow. Arrived in Houston where it had just rained a little in the early morning. I was able to get in about 40 miles before dark. You folks in the Midwest have got rough winters. Glad you were able to put some miles on the scoot. I wish you an early spring.
