-1* this morning, but still not as cold as the weather man seems to think it is, six inches of snow in two days is not a storm. You folks in the NE have seen the real weather of late.

I just got back from a three day trip to Winnipeg. Wow. You people are tough. It was so cold and the days are so short. My hat is off to anyone that rides anytime into the winter season up there. It was -17 when I set off for the airport at 6am. Dang.

Dropped down below 50* here today. I don't know what to do. Took the dog outside for a romp and she loved it but after about an hour I had to put my hands in my pockets. Maybe tomorrow I'll ride but I may have to wear gloves.
