solo luggage rack?

Anyone who has a solo luggage rack on their Road King could you post a pic? I was thinking about adding one to my RK but would like to see one on a bike first if I could. Thanks in advance Mike.

Here's the HD Solo Detachable on my '07 Road King Classic which has the same frame and setup as your '05:

I also had the Motherwell for a while, but wasn't satisfied with it's size and weight capacity. I thought it looked better than the HD rack, but it was a bit small for the duffle that I wanted to use with it.

I have the same one as this member's photo, the Motherwell one. Had it on my 04 Road King. Got rid of the bike, still have lots of parts left including this luggage rack, $40 if anybody's interested. More streamline the the HD, but probably didn't hold as much of course. Cool that it had a small pad under the mounting surface so it didn't screw up your paint. I think it looked nice, not bulky. Decide on what fits your needs and go for it!

I have the H-D detachable rack on my RKC. It's really great, easy on and off, easy to tie off to and load up. I got a black Motherwell rack for my Sportster but didn't like it because it sits on the fender so when you remove it there's a mark on the fender I needed to buff out. So I went to a H-D detachable rack for the Sporty.If you're not going to remove the rack the Motherwell fender mark won't be an issue for you. It sits lower and follows the lines of the bike quite well.
