The 2010 O2 sensors are a different size and in a different location so I'm not sure if you can use them on 09 headers but you can run a PCV and ditch the sensors all together.

we realize that, we are taking the pcv off as well. we were just looking for a quick way to be able to keep the 09 headers {w/o cat} and stick my 2010 headers on the bike and trade it in , then use the 09 headers on his new 2011 street glide 103 power pak and his pcv. any suggestions?

Sorry "Big E", I misread your first post. I don't think 2010 O2 sensors will work on a 2009 bike.

09 Sensors are 18mm. 2010 sensors are 12mm. They are NOT compatible.

You CAN use your 2010 sensors on the 2009 pipes. You have to get a set of bung adapters and you'll have to extend the front sensor wire as it is located at the top of the front jug on the '09. A kit is available through most aftermarket parts sites. I buoght a set of what I believed to be 2010 pipes, I installed them and was about to screw in the O2 sensors when I realized that the bung was a different size and in a different location. I have had the adapter kit set up for about 2000 miles and theres no problems whatsoever. Just put some anti-seize on the bung adapter and the O2 sensor.
