Can someone shed some light on what this sizing method means?
I can go with stock HD replacements, I'd like to shop around, first I need to figure out the sizes according to the "Other" sizing method I know: (ex:230/60/15). Is there a way to convert, from one to the other?
Also is there a way to put a larger rear tire on the SG without any kit? Looks pretty cramped in there
There was a thread about bigger back tire on here awhile back.Seems there's a chrome bushing/spacer that goes on before the rear pully giving you the room to put on a larger rear tire. As forthe sizes, you should be able to google to get that info.I was checking tire prices and ended up at Jake Wilson.com.You can enter your bike and see what all is available such as Metzler,DunlapAvon, etc. I did find these guys cheapest plus no freight.
I did recieve an email back from the guy on here that used the spacer piece,if I can find it,I'll email to you.
