Not sure if this should go here or in the classic bike section. Came across an 81 Mexican police bike, or at least most of it. Its missing bars and controls but most of the rest is intact. Bike starts and runs. Body looks solid and dentless but does have rust, paint is bad, and its generally ugly to look at. Clear CA title. Seller is asking 3750. Seller claims this is fair just for a clear title alone.

I have been in the market for an Ironhead rat bike. I understand these questions might be difficult to answer without more information or pics of the bike in question, but....

1. Is this a better choice for a project bike?
2. Is 3750 fair for this particular item?

 

Yes price is fair,real fair.Motor w/title is worth that.Good project Id say as long as title is good.
