look at the bike pm wheels, brakes, rotors. thats $4500 right there that ugly *** seat might go for a $1000, all those chrome goodies add up fast, and we don't know whats done to motor, suspension, or trans. looks like diamon cutting on cylinders, so motors been apart. If he's paid for all the labor to do this, with the cost of the bike, and the paint for 5k, he may be close to 60k, but as for getting 29k, all I can say is "people in hell want ice water too"
I believe it.
Not all that hard to spend money. There is always someone willing to take yer money if ya are free with it.
That asking price is probably not a bad deal for someone that wants a bling-ed out bagger. I would have to change that seat and the cute little S on the side first off.
Funny to me how some of these projects sound cool or appears to be super cool on paper but after the final product is completed it looks like pizza and orange juice barf.
If I put the 120r engine, new exhaust, will have $50K in mine. To get to that number I have to include sales tax when I purchased the bike new. I don't think I could get $22K for it with the new engine. Not for sale though.
I've probably got $60k in my SG and I did everything but shoot the paint.
There came a point when I stopped adding dollars up.
My scoot has wayyyyyyyyyyyy more than this one posted.
No folks, I'm not "flaunting dollars."
Hindsight...I could have just rode the damn thing and almost paid my house off!
I'll never drop bucks like that on a bike again.
no labor except for paint? so between price of bike new in 06 about 16 paint 4000 max...where is the $40,000 in parts c'mon are you boy wonder???
