I received my (New to Me) Wild Ones 502's +6 Clutch Cable and an extended TBW assembly. These were purchased from a Fourm Member for a very good price!!!!!.
I have my Non-ABS +6 brake lines ordered through my local Harlery Dealership and should have them in this week. They also have the Namz wiring extensions in stock.
I was very suprised at the weight of these handle bars, around 15 pounds, and that brings me to my next question.
My question concerns the handle bar riser bushing. Given the weight of the bars and the increased leverage, I feel I need to change the bushing.
Are the Harley Davidson polyurethane bushing substantial enough for this mod or do I need to get something heavier.
I just installed the same bars on my 11 king and I kept the stock bushings but the bike is brand new so a little time will tell. I did not need the TBW extension, the stock harness was plenty long enough, just had to remove the Molex plug from it to fish it through the bars.
