I made mine , out of a simple flat blade screw driver, craftsman fits just right and the ridges on it point to the left when in the lock position so i used a sharpie black pen and marked the ridge that will point to the lock position. The driver will only go in one of two ways but will work in either place so i marked both sides. It keeps you knowing where you are pointing all the time the ign. is out.

Default 5/16 brake line

That is what I do. I don't understand why that is not the perferred method. Just did it yesterday when I installed some heritage bars on my RGU.

That was a long time ago. Your video was what got me going on making
my tool. Didn't have any copper tube but had an old plug wrench laying around. Thanks again.

What ever works! Hell, I made a lot of tools out of old ones.
