I bought some black powder-coated bars from them a couple years ago. It was the worst quality coating I had ever seen. They were not very helpful either when trying to get things resolved. Horrible actually. So, I would go with the blems if you really need to buy from them. I wish I would have bought blems because my bars ended up having to be powder coated again - by me.
