Default FLHR luggage rack

You will need a 1994 - 1996 road king luggage rack. You may find a used one on ebay or at a salvage yard. It basically bolts on after removing the tour pack and frame.

No. The luggage rack is the same as in thread # 2. The tour pack mount has to be removed, and the luggage rack from the Road King installed. It is all bolt on except you will need to create a bushing to bolt your Ultra seat to the fender as the Ultra seat bolts to the tour pack mount. I found a road king luggage rack (1994) on ebay used for $75. There are also motorcylce salvage yards. My HD dealer couldn't get the part (out of production).

Wow, what a coincidence. I picked up that same rack/backrest setup yesterday at a swap meet. I'm gonna attempt putting it on my 97 Ultra after I remove the tour pack. Price was right(30 bucks), so if I have to do some fab work no big deal.
