Only the Road King Classic is a 103 here. The Std RK is still a 96.
Don't know about your side of the pond. See if you can find specs on the Classic.

I believe they are still making the 96 as standard and the 103 will be a $2000 optional upgrade.

We get the international spec models down here in NZ & they are 103 as standard (you cannot get the 96 anymore) Both RK standard and classic.

Road King Classic comes standard 103 in 2011. Some other models such as the Road King and Street Glide come stock 96 but have an option that can be selected at time of purchase to a 103 upgrade. this cost approx $2000.00.

Depends where you look! Where did you hear this?

According to the H-D UK website we only get the RKC here in the UK, with a 96" engine. As Draig points out, in NZ and Oz they get both RK and RKC with 103" engines, while in the USA they get a 96 RK and 103 RKC, as FDHOG and BigD64 point out. So it depends where we live just which models and variations we get. We don't get any Road Glides in the UK, and the US market doesn't get the 883 Roadster (but keep quiet about that!).

It is easy to change country on H-D's website to see what other markets get. It looks as if there is no such thing as an 'international' version, but several!
