Inside vest pocket. Would like to find a mount to mount it but i have an otter box case that I cant go without due to the ruggedness needed when not mounted.

I cut a scrap piece of 1/8 inch thick aluminum plate just slightly larger than the shape of my Mp3 player, with a short "leg" off of the bottom right edge. Drilled a hole in the leg for one of the handlebar switch housing bolts to go through, and filed all the edges to round. Put a 1" square piece of Velcro on it & the player, and it sits right next to my right hand, in very easy reach. Cost: $0.00, time: 1/2 hour.

cheapest solution, works great

This may sound really stupid, but out of a quick fix, came a solution that I have used for years. I took an armband, velcro, I-pod carrier, and double wrapped it around the handle bar on the left side, I can still reach the control dial, and it was under $10.
