Getting ready to put bub 7 true duels on my 08sg. I remember ready somewhere to use the stock exhaust gaskets and not the se ones as there squared off and don't seal as good. Which ones should I use? When seating the muffler to the headpipe do I have room to adjust to line up to the end of the saddlebags or am I asking for trouble on exhaust leaks?

 

I used stock HD gaskets. Have not had any issues.
Here's a pic showing the line up with my extended bags.

 

I used the stock gaskets on my 08 ultra when I installed the Bub's true duals. No problem at all. Enjoy them

 

Ditto with the above, no issues here either using the stock ones..
