How's the glare with the sun at your back with the white? I assumed HD left it matte to keep down the glare but would like to have it done if it's not an issue.

HD left it matte to promote riders to buy painted ones.

Looks really great! I'd like to have my done but since my bike is Vivid black and the inner fairing is a flat black, I'm not sure that it's a very cost-effective upgrade. Painted inner fairings seem to look great on bikes with some color.
Paint it a different color, it adds nice contrast to the bike and any color works with black
