I had two crotch rockets when I was in my 20's. I bought my SG last year at 32. I could throw rocks at those crotch rockets now. I love my bagger. My buddies wife told me that she was gonna buy me some velcro shoes and depends undergarments. Told her that's fine, the velcro shoes will help me get on the bike faster and the depends will help me stay on the bike longer
Hi this is my first post but have been reading the forum for awhile now. I have owned several bikes over the years but this is my first Harley it's a 95 roadking and I am loveing it I just got it this past summer it was in great shape and could not pass it up for the price. I was just wondering how many people have owned the older RK and what they thought about them.
I bought my first streetglide at 24 and wouldn't change it for anything. I traded my 01 duece in on it. I almost got rid of the bagged for a wideglide about 2 months ago but quickly changed my mind after riding it and not wanting to give up my creature comforts.
My wife got me the UC for my 34th birthday, last May. We both love it. I use it as daily transportation, plus some nice touring in Europe. I just passed 10,000 miles. I would not trade it for anything. Ride on!!!
I use to ride sportbikes for the 24 years. In the last 3 years i have been riding a dual sport bike. The sportbike had been getting less use. Well someone made me a really good offer on my Yamamha R1 last Nov. Tomorrow I pick a 2005 RK paid for free and clear. I always thought I would end up on a HD I just didn't figure it would be in my 30's. I went with a Rk for to 2 reason. Looks and comfort. I can't wait.
