What year Street Glide? 5 or 6 gallon tank?

Thanks,

I have a RK Police, in Florida, I am daily rider, 5-6 days a week.
My work commute is 35 miles door to door.
I am getting 175 Miles to the first Light, using 4.3 Gallons, with a .7 Reserve.
I run 60-65MPH. So what's that? About 41 MPG or something like that.
That's without a Power Commander, Dynotune and factory everything.

Loaded and touring with trying to keep up with my sons, I get 38 to 42 on a 010 Ultra. I have gotten 50 just putting around locally. That is with 89 octane E10 crap.

First, thanks for your service. And You've raised some wonderful kids, thank them for me for keeping us safe. I run 60-65 and get in the 40's, 45 last time I checked, that was running solo from St Louis to Cape G. Slow down and smell the savings

With my '08 I fill up at 180 miles. That's around town with winter gas, around 35 mpg. It goes up to 40-43 in the summer.

I usually get 35+ but it's all in the wrist. I usually do combined driving not pure interstate.

I have a 2007 Ultra also. The best MPG I have been able to coax out of it is 37MPG. And that is hypermiling. I find it hard to believe such a great discrepancy from bikes that are identical. How come some get 50 MPG and some get 33MPH with the same style of riding? That would be nice to know.
