Ordered my 2nd shield from them earlier this week and got it today.

I had the 8 inch Xtreme and bought a 9 inch Ultra this time to try. I have a lot less buffeting with the 9 inch but I think it may be just a little to tall. Will probally try a Ultra 8 inch once my new seat gets in and I see how it sits me.

Both shields shipped quick and looked great. There wasnt any bubble wrap on the 2nd one which I thought was kind of brave of them but it arrived fine.

I have a 7" Freedom shield from www.fastaire.com on my '11 SG and love it. Have run fastaire shields on my previous SG and they were all excellent. Jim, the owner, offers excellent service, fair, low prices and high quality shields. Call him, he loves to talk to customers, expecially if you need advice about size or tint. Ride safe.

Kinda odd how the theme of this thread has gone from a question, to a bitch, to a lot of people endorsing their product.

Still looking for the flaw in my shield

Did you get it with a tint? If you don't mind could you put up pics of it on your King when you get it installed...Thanks.

Too bad that your question got so far off course...

So w/that in mind I'll just stick to the question if that's alright?

I have a 9" inch classic medium gray, w/the slight flip at the top that hits me about mouth/nose high. It fits about perfect actually.
I am 5'10" have a sundowner seat and can duck in behind it if needed be, which is how I like it to be in case I get caught up in a rain storm or something. I like LRS's product..

I ordered the 10 inch ultra on clearance to replace my stock 12 inch. I had heard that the clearance took longer to receive to save shipping charges. Took a little over two weeks to receive but I wasn't in a hurry and expected slow shipping to keep the cost down. LRS is a great fit, excellent condition, and provides just as much protection as my taller stock sheild. Perfect height for me at 6'2". If I decide to order another sheild I will order it from LRS.
