Just wanted to say what a great experience it is to work for vendor that cares.
I had an issue with 1 of 2 shields I got from Long ride shields back in November 2014
Just got around to trying the new ones out.
James (Director of Operations) at Long Ride responded quickly and fixed the issue by sending me a new shield and a return label for the one that I couldnt use.
this is almost 6 months after I purchased them
No well maybe this or maybe that crap.
I will do business with these guys again
Thanks James
I just ordered a new Ultra shield today ! I could not get my discount code to work and called them up twice ! The tech sat with me on the phone and we went thru the order process step by step. The tech determined it was on there end, fixed it and we went over the order again and it worked ! Damn good service and I can't wait for the shield to arrive. Nothing but LRS is going on my bike period !!
