That's my horn cover and I bought it from J & P...the 'V' is a stick-on that I bought at the HD dealer ($14).

What kind of HD do you have that has the horn cover on the left side of the bike by the shift linkage???!!!!??? My bad---LOL!!! That HORN COVER does look nice.
