I got an inexpensive (CHEAP!) carbon fiber "look" one from this guy on e-bay. Looks way better in person than in his pic and I get lots of compliments on it. Heres a link to his ebay stuff, he sells lots of different dash inserts.
I got one of those in black pearl for my stock dash and while it was nicely one, it wasn't for me.
