Does anybody run a Road Sofa seat? I have a HD Comfort Stitch on my 99 FLHRCI right now and it is WAY better than the stock seat that came on that year but still has some room for improvment. Seems to me its a tad over padded. With better quality materials like gel you could cut the seat height down and still have the same amount of comfort. The Road Sofa looks alot trimmer in pictures. I know the passenger area looks lower than the Comfort Stitch seat. Just wondering if anybody has opinions on it.

I've heard Mean City Cycles can do what you're talking about. You may find an upholsterer near you that can do the same thing. MCC specializes in this

 

Had one on my 04 Ultra, did not like it, sold it.
