Default Wild one 515 bars

Did a search and could not find the answer to a few questions i have regarding handlebar dimensions. I currently have HD Heritage bars (56623-99) on my Road King Classic and am looking into going a little higher. Does anyone know if the MoCo measures their bars differently from Wild Ones?
The pullback on the Heritage bars i have are listed on the HD chart at 5" while the 515's are listed as 11.5". Is there really 6.5" more pullback on the 515's? The Wild One website shows they measure from the clamp to the tip ends. I measured my bars the same way and did not come up with 5". I did when i measured from the top of the bend to the tip.
Also i am 5'8" with a 29" inseam, and am looking to have Mean City Cycles lower my Mustang seat by an 1 to 1.5 inches. Wondering if anyone else is using a lowered seat and the 515's? Any pictures or advise is greatly appreciated. Ride safe.

Not sure how they measure the bars, but I have the 517 bars on my Road King and they work well (nice pull back) for me. (5' 8") Corbin close fitting Classic Solo seat helps too.
Thanks,
Rod

There is a dimension chart on Wild 1's website for their bars as well as the stock harley bars. Their chart lists the pullback for the Heritage bars as 12" or 13" depending on the year.
