2005 road king
Hey looking at buying another bike.a friend has a 2005 road king classic for sale with only 2500 miles.what is it worth.i would like to give offer but still looking for a deal.thanks

..if it helps any, my buddy just traded in his 05 RK to Kelly HD in Billerica MA...this was a former Police RK, that he completely chromed out to the max...lower legs.Thunderstar wheels..every switch and housing..etc etc...with a stage one..pipes...you would never tell it used to be a police...they gave him 10K on trade toward an 09 RG that had a detacheable Tour-Pak, stage 1, chrome lower legs...etc etc for $18,500 plus $500 in goodies at the counter....I would say a fair price on the street for a RK is 11,000-12,000 depending on extras and what model RK.....I figure Kelly will throw his on the floor for 12,500 and take 11,500-12,000...JMO

here in so cal today i just was lookin on Craigslist and here in Southern California there is a 2005 Blue Roadking Classic with less than 3,000 miles an passenger backrest listed for $8000
