Huh?
My credit isn't the best in the world and my rate though Harley is MUCH lower than what your brother was able to get. And I'm sure my credit rating is nowhere near 745.

I have a Credit Union line of credit ($75,000) attached to my house, so I can buy whatever I want anytime, and then I deduct the interest fee on my taxes ... Auto loans are not tax deductible but this type is. They give me a book of checks to use ... only pay interest on what you owe - not on the available line ...

current rate is 3 3/4 variable, that can only go up 1 % per year, max of 5 % points overall or 8 3/4 %, it follows the market rate. no points or closing fees !!! no prepayment penalties ... must be paid back in 8 years , line of credit good for 5 years

good for buying cars trucks bikes - like having cash to make a GOOD deal !

Not good if your a drug addict !
