It's amazing stuff. I bought it on recommendations from this website. I used to use pig snot, but the swirls were accented by the white pig ment in the wax. I just did the tank and it worked great! I can't wait to get Winter over and really do a a full wax on the bike. I wish they made red pigmented wax for my f150.
Been using it for years. The beauty of it is you can use it on anything, metal, plastic, whatever.....because you get no white residue and it will make black plastic more black and other colors are not affected. It fills in chips and scratches a little too. Doesn't last too long so I use it every other time with Zymol. Good stuff!
I use it on my 09 Jetta and am happy with the results. I know I could do better with hard waxes and clays but this is a good comprimise and it dosen't leave any white residue in cracks or pn plastics. I can't use it on my bike as all the tins are line-x'ed.
Sounds like great stuff. It is actually black wax? My 2010 Ultra has factory silver pin striping; will this stuff stain the silver?
The kit comes with pre-wax cleaner, carnuba wax, and 2 bottles of spray detailer... all are black. They have black pigments in them but I got it on my chome, trim, etc and it wiped right off... as long as your stripe has clear coat over it I dont see how it could stain your silver.
Haven't used it on my UC yet, but I did use it when I had a black car. It worked very well and provided a good durable high gloss shine that lasted fairly good. It was also effective at masking swirl marks. It came with a little pen thing that was sort of like a crayon for covering up areas where the paint was chipped. The black stick pen was pretty useless but the wax was good. Like another poster said, be sure to wear latex gloves because the stuff will stain your hands.
