Highway Grooves

RE: Highway Grooves
Mounted a set of Metzlers on the SG last weekend. I used a 150 on the rear and it fit fine. It seems to be a little shorter and has added 100-200 rpms to fifth gear. I want a six speed tranny anyway so that is not issue. These tires are the best. No more tracking problems, rides smoother, handles better in the corners, (within reason) and it absorbs the bumps much better. Now I am going to try them on my softail.

RE: Highway Grooves
I'm glad to finally see some feedback about the Avons. I've had the ME880's plenty, never a problem and shredded asphalt or grooved concrete was never a problem. Never wiped out with the Dunnys, just felt uncomfortable. If you need to replace and they're comparably priced, advice was asked and response was given.

I guess here's the REAL question.......
With all the pooping pants and anxiety, did anyone actually drop from the grooves?
I don't know of anyone.
