I thought that the Sedona Orange would make a great Ultra color, but that looks really trick.
Primers, etcher, paint, pearl, clear, sand paper, mineral spirits........everything needed to do the job was under $500

I wouldn't let someone else tear my bike down to this degree, so I took care of it. It took one day to get it apart, and 21 hours to put it back together (including final buff and hand polish, plus give it its first bath). We started putting it back together at 6am Friday morning and called it a day at 11pm. Then we started on it about 8am on Saturday and were done around noon. This was the first time I had ever stripped an Ultra and I was amazed at how smooth it went.

none yet. Seen a guy cut himself pretty good on them though. I told him that's what he gets for crowding my ride! LOL They are pretty sharp though.......both of them have spent some time on the ground in the curves. I figure that I'll have them eaten through after this season and I'll be looking for a new set of pipes

Looks real nice, just in time for riding season. Enjoy it and keep it clean.

I've had several people ask about my iPhone charger that I made and hard wired into the wiring harness. Here are some more pics of where it comes through the fairing. I've been asked to make a few using black cables and will probably re-make mine with a black cable as well

Question Looks great?

What looks great? I see no pictures and this is well after the great computer upheaval some time back. WTF???

It's an 07 Ultra
