Congrats! I bought the limited in Root Beer too. I brought the bike home after the the sun went down and boy did my wifey hate the bike. Took her out for a ride the next day and you should have seen the look on her face when I backed it out if garage into the sunlight. She calls the bike Dr Jekle and Mr Hyde!

Looks great, I had my heart set on the red and blaack on the Ultra, but when I got to the dealer, I was not that impressed with it, right next to it was the blue and black and I like you thought it was the shiz, made my choice right then and there!!!

I've seen that color up close in the sun, your right, good pic, but it looks even better in person.

...one thing's for sure...in the world of motorcycles, and even autos...nobody...and I mean NOBODY...puts out better quality paint jobs than HD...not always the best colors...but best quality.....always liked that color though...I have Black Cherry which needs sun to look good..if Root Beer was available in 05 I would have gotten it for sure...

Your bike looks great. I saw the root beer color in person a few months ago, I think it's my favorite color for 2011.

I also bought the Limited in the 2 tone root beer. I wasn't sure I made the right choice until I got it out in the sun. Looks kinda drab indoors but when that sun hits that metal flake it is gorgeous. Still not sure I'm a fan of that pinstripe separating the 2 colors though. Congrats on the new ride.

I recently brought my new limited home and it is also the root beer color. As others are saying the sun makes that paint pop. Pictures don't do it justice.
