Default Rear Docking Hardware Cover Kit

Was looking at the rear docking hardware cover kits that on the HD website. They sell large and small but don't specify which bikes use large or small. Anybody happen to know? I assume the touring bikes would be large but not sure. My bike is an 08. Thanks

I have two extra ones if your interested. If so, I'll figure out a good price for you.....

If you have a tour pak on, you only need two....

I'd be interested yes, but mine has 4 total and they are all 4 used with the tour pack. I dont know if since mines an 08 and yours is an 09? Let me run out to the garage and measure the diameter of my docking hardware and get back to ya. Are they the chrome ones?

They are pretty much exactly an inch in diameter.

Just ordered them and the 4 point needs 2 large and two small ones, hope that is what you were looking for. That is for the '11 touring so not sure if there will be any difference.

Yes there is def a difference. Can't remember which is which though and it took me a bit of headscratching to sort for my '10 Limited. Sorry, wish I could remember.

I have a tour pak on my SG and can only use two of them. Maybe the 08 is different from the 09 set-up....

If you're talking about the magnetic covers touring models take small according to the HD catalog, at least on my 09 but I didn't notice if 08 was the same. It specifies what takes what on one of the pages around 540 and there are 3 sizes (large, small and short). Just ordered mine last week, black ones, that's the only reason I know.
