That seems to be the ticket. Thanks for everyones help. Now if I can just get the Corbin mount in the correct position to mount the new seat I'll be in business!
I got lucky, I bought mine used and the previous owner had figured out exactly where the bracket needed to go. It left witness marks on the bracket, so I lined up the marks with the hardware (nuts/washers) and it was pretty close. There is a surprising amount of adjustment in both the front ball stud and the rear bracket.
Also, mine won't latch down on the front ball stud until I sit on the seat. I don't have to force it to line up, but it won't latch until I put some weight on it either.
